⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Magdalena’s was such a great find! The pizza was absolutely delicious and made fresh, with a crust that was just right. The Bolognese was also excellent—rich and flavorful without being overly salty, which I really appreciated. What stood out to me most was how well-balanced everything tasted. You can tell there’s a real focus on fresh ingredients and authentic Italian flavors. The food is flavorful and satisfying without feeling overly heavy or salty like many American Italian chains. I feel comfortable feeding my child the food from here. I’m so glad to have found a quality Italian restaurant in Houston that lets the ingredients and flavors speak for themselves. Even the panna cotta was delicious, and I’m usually not much of a dessert person! Definitely a 5-star experience. We’ll be back!

What an incredibly well-put-together Italian restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt special. The music was perfect, the floral displays were beautiful, and even the small touch of having the front door opened for us made a great first impression. Our server, Antonio, was outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly very well trained. The owner and head chef, Nicholas, came out to speak with us before we even placed our order and continued to visit our table throughout the meal, taking the time to explain certain dishes and ingredients. That personal touch really made the evening memorable. Going from guests table side to outside sweeping the front patio earned some respect points as well. He had plenty of people on staff but he's a true leader. My girlfriend had been having a rough day, but somehow, after we landed here, she was completely cured. 😂 The food, atmosphere, hospitality, and service were all exceptional. You can tell this restaurant takes tremendous pride in what they do. The owner takes the lead in this establishment and he does it well. We will be back!

The food was incredible. All of it. Came here with my wife and friends for my birthday and was completely taken care of. The owner and head chef was very attentive. Was constantly coming to check on us. He even gave me a happy birthday Tiramisu. We also had to try the other desserts which were exquisite. All pasta is fresh pasta made there, pizza is wood fired cooked. My wife had the salmon risotto which she said was delicious. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Magdalena’s was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, both our server and the owner made us feel so welcome with their genuine hospitality and outstanding service. After returning from a trip to Italy, I’ve been searching for authentic Italian food that lives up to what we experienced there. I’ll admit I was a little nervous because nothing has quite compared, but Magdalena’s exceeded every expectation. It is hands down the best authentic Italian food I’ve had since coming home. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and reminded me of the meals we enjoyed in Italy. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine paired with exceptional service, I can’t recommend Magdalena’s enough. We can’t wait to come back!

I wanted to share my recent dining experience at Magdalena’s Trattoria & Pizzeria, where we celebrated Mother’s Day dinner. It was truly a memorable occasion. From start to finish, the meal exceeded our expectations. Each dish we ordered was delicious, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. The portions were perfect. Moreover, the service was impeccable—attentive and friendly staff without being intrusive, which greatly enhanced our dining experience. One aspect that particularly stood out was the freshness of the homemade pasta. It was evident that great care and skill went into its preparation. For dessert, the tiramisu and panna cotta were exceptional and provided the perfect conclusion to our meal. These desserts are a must-try for anyone visiting the restaurant. In summary, I highly recommend Magdalena’s Trattoria & Pizzeria for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality, authentic Italian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.
